The physical expansion is the first step for owner, Robert Gash, to continue expanding real estate operations across the Western Slope.
After years of establishing himself as a leading real estate broker for lifestyle, ranch and hunting properties in Western Colorado, Robert purchased his United Country Franchise, based in Cedaredge, in April 2020. Since, United Country Real Estate Westen Land & Lifestyle Properties has amassed and sold dozens of listings. Notable properties include a 919-acre recreational hunting ranch north of Cedaredge and an impressive 36-acre equestrian property in Eckert, CO.
Robert’s professional career began in the Denver-metro area as an electrical contractor, general contractor and real estate developer. His investment in the Cedaredge area began in 1996 when his family purchased a 58-acre ranch NW of Cedaredge. In 2007, Robert relocated his family to the property, establishing Mountain G Ranch LLC, a grass-fed cattle operation that he and his wife, Jen, now operate.
“I was fortunate to grow up on a small ranch north of Golden, CO, and I wanted to raise my children with the same opportunities that I had growing up. I fell in love with the lifestyle that Cedaredge created for myself and my family, and I want to give others the opportunity to do the same,” Robert said. “That’s why I got into real estate. I’m not selling land or homes. I’m selling a lifestyle. The Western Slope is the perfect place to do that. It’s growing in the right direction, and I am honored to be a part of it.”
